Bid Writing

Bid Writing is an essential skill when it comes to securing funding for your organisation.

This new introductory level workshop delivered by a member of the capacity building team at Macc is ideal for any staff or volunteers who are responsible for writing funding applications.

Participants must be from voluntary community or social enterprise organisations within the city of Manchester.

Trustee Roles and Responsibilities

A workshop to introduce the key roles and responsibilities of trustees identifying what you need to know and what you should know....

This session is developed and delivered by members of the capacity building team at Macc. We encourage both trustees and senior members of staff to attend to ensure understanding in the role of a trustee.

Learning Objective:

To ensure that attendees are well informed about their legal responsibilities and have a good sense of appropriate job roles and boundaries.

Business Plannng

A business plan helps you think through all aspects of your organisation and plan for the future. It helps you get an overview of your organisation, and is a useful tool for presenting yourself to funders and supporters.

Delivered by members of the Macc capacity building team who have over 10 years experience of supporting and working within the voluntary sector this workshop is aimed at VCSE organisations, based within the city of Manchester who are new to business planning or looking to refresh their existing plans.

GMYN Introduction to Youth Work Training programme

Introduction to Youth Work (ItYW) is a six-session training programme that will develop your understanding and skills relating to youth work.
