Manchester Work Club Funding Programme May 2021-March 2022

In recognition of the valuable role they play in delivering employment support services, Manchester City Council has made available grant funding for Manchester Work Clubs to apply for.

Women's Empowerment to work Programme

The free 12 week programme will help women in the community to boost skills, knowledge and confidence to help them take the next steps to change their life and find work that they can and want to do.

The course is every Monday 10am - 2.30pm, starting on 1 March 2021.

Department for Work and Pensions change in opening hours

dwpTo help keep customers and colleagues as safe as possible in the latest phase of the pandemic, the Department has decided jobcentre opening hours will be 10am to 2pm from week beginning 18 January 2021.

This temporary change means the jobcentres can continue providing safe, essential services for those who need to come into the jobcentre and who are unable to interact on the phone or digitally.
