Growing in the City are inviting anyone who will be alone or who is unable to cook themselves a meal on Christmas Day to join them for Christmas Dinner. It’s expected to feed about 45 people and Growing in the City are looking for support from businesses and individuals to make this happen.
How to help:
• Can you help prepare and decorate tables during the day on Christmas Eve
• Can you help cook, serve, wait, welcome, host and wash-up on Christmas Day?
• Can you make a donation of goods such as food, Christmas crackers, gifts or decorations?
• Can you make a financial donation? It costs approximately £10 per head
• Can you provide transport on Christmas Day to collect people and take them home afterwards? A wheelchair-accessible mini-bus would be particularly helpful
