27 Nov 2015 - 10:47 by michelle.foster

Are you a not for profit organisation?
A school / college / FE Establishment?
Do you operate a minibus for your community / students / clients or want to know what this involves?

If you answered yes to any of these, then minibus operation training can help you to start building an understanding of your responsibilities.

Manchester Community Transport (MCT) is the largest Community Transport operator based in the Northwest. Having been in operation since 1982, MCT have significant experience of successfully operating minibuses in a highly regulated market. MCT is therefore offering non-accredited training.

The training sessions are designed to raise understanding of legal compliance and successful operation:
• Daily ‘Driver Walk Round’ checks – procedures and legal requirements
• Vehicle inspections, maintenance checks and record keeping requirements
• Safe operation and driving standards and
• Correct licence and legal compliance

Jointly funded by The Big Lottery Fund and MCT, the training session will not only help you to make your minibus and operation safe and legal, it could help save you money on maintenance too.

The morning / afternoon session costs £15 per person and includes an information pack to take away with you.

To book a place or for more information contact MCT on 0161 946 9255 (Ext 963), or email: [email protected]
