One Manchester are now taking expressions of interest for the use of Brow House, in Fallowfield, for local organisations. This is a great chance for organisations to make a difference to the local area. 
One Manchesterare currently accepting expressions of interest from Community Organisations, Charities and Social Enterprises who are interested in occupying vacant space in one of their buildings. One Manchester will consider requests for discounted rent from prospective tenants who can keep the premises maintained and use it to benefit the community.
The available space is located on the ground floor of a house that has been converted into individual apartments. It is made up of three large individual rooms and accessible by a community entrance. You can enter the building via stairs or the level entrance. There are also two toilets and storage rooms.
One Manchester will only consider leases from incorporated organisations. This includes:
• Registered Limited Companies
• Charitable Incorporated Organisations
• Community Interest Companies (CIC)
• Community Benefit Societies
• Bono Fide Co-Operatives
To express an interest in the building you need to complete an expression of interest by
Friday 3 August 2018.
