The Institute of Fundraising's (IOF) Small Charities Programme have secured funding from the Santander Foundation, allowing the delivery of four follow-up surgeries and four action learning days.
Surgery Sessions
The IOF are offering 28 one hour surgery slots across four days. The one-to-one surgery sessions provide the opportunity to receive guidance in reviewing fundraising materials and implementing strategies, to consolidate your knowledge and offer feedback.
Each session lasts a maximum of 1 hour. The surgeries will be held at the IoF in Vauxhall; however, you can request a telephone or Skype session, should this is more convenient.

Tuesday 27 May, 9am - 5.30pm
Wednesday 4 June, 9am - 5.30pm
Monday 9 June, 9am - 5.30pm
Wednesday 18 June, 9am - 5.30pm
Surgeries cost £20.

Action Learning Days
Are you or your organisation facing a challenge that’s proving hard to overcome? Do you need help?
Would you value the opportunity to share your challenge in a safe environment and get help with developing a plan of action to overcome it successfully?
Have you considered using an action learning approach?
Hosted by an IoF approved trainer you have the opportunity to experience how, through sharing your local learning and experiences with a group of peers, you can collectively address and help solve your fundraising challenges.

What is action learning?
The Action Learning approach put simply, provides a structured way of working in a small group which can provide the discipline we often need to help us learn from what we do, and improve our practice as a result.
The fee for attending is £20 per person.
