Cheadle MP, Mary Robinson writes for GMPA on how to tackle poverty focusing on jobs, homelessness and housing, and following the publication of the ‘Precarious Lives’ report by The Sustainable Housing and Urban Studies Unit at Salford University, Dr Lisa Scullion shares three key concerns.
