The only Greater Manchester-wide awards for the whole health and care workforce are back for their fourth year and are bigger and better than ever.
As well as regular favourites such as People’s Champion and Volunteer Champion, new categories have been introduced this year including a Lifetime Achievement Award and Employer/Workplace of the Year.
The awards are organised by the NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care (NHS GM), with support from the Mayor of Greater Manchester, Andy Burnham. They were established back in 2018, and in 2021 the awards went virtual to recognise those who had gone above and beyond during the pandemic.
It is an ideal opportunity to celebrate and showcase the talent, reach and social value of all individuals and teams, waged or unwaged, who work in the health or care sector in Greater Manchester.
