Manchester City Council Universal Credit Survey 2018

Universal Credit Full Service has rolled out across Manchester for new claimants and those with changes of circumstances, and Live Service claimants are in the process of migrating across. Manchester City Council would like to understand the impact of Universal Credit on the residents of Manchester and have created a survey asking residents how Universal Credit has affected them and their families.

Manchester City Council will be reporting their findings to Councillors at the Economy Scrutiny Committee meeting in March 2019.
