Good mental health is fundamental to all our lives, and something that needs to be protected and enhanced. This is Me aims to do just that. 
Developed by the Lord Mayor’s Appeal in the City of London alongside partners like Mind, Barclays and Time to Change, This is Me is a pioneering campaign that seeks to reduce the stigma and dispel the myths of poor mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. Now the partners involved are expanding the campaign to businesses in Greater Manchester and beyond.
This is Me helps employers to build understanding and awareness in their organisations by providing a platform for employees who have experienced mental health problems to share their stories with others.
The campaign has brought together businesses of all shapes and sizes to tackle the myths surrounding mental health and use real-life stories to end its stigma in the workplace.
This is Me has already had a fantastic impact in the capital since its inception, with many organisations saying it’s the best diversity and inclusion campaign they have ever run.
The campaign is now being shared across Greater Manchester and the North West.
