If you’ve received National Lottery funding, you can nominate someone from your organisation for a special surprise. 
This is a chance to celebrate the unsung heroes and shining stars of your organisation.
Who can I nominate?
You can nominate anyone who participates in your organisation, as long as they are aged 25 or over and would be happy to take part in promotional activity.
It might be the person who always puts their heart and soul into the work they do, has touched people’s lives by going the extra mile or made sacrifices to make a positive difference to others.
What will the big surprise be?
This special surprise will be tailored to your nominee! The Big Lottery would love to hear how you would surprise them with a moment they'll never forget.
Tell them your ideas – it could be the opportunity to meet with their favourite celebrity, a surprise from a much-missed family member or a pampering treat.
How to nominate
Email: [email protected] with your name, email and phone number. You should also include a few sentences about:
• the person you want to nominate
• why you're nominating them
• how you'd surprise them with a moment they’ll never forget!
If your nomination is selected, one of the National Lottery's partner organisations will get in touch with you by phone or email to find out more details and determine if your nomination will receive a special surprise.
Remember, this is a secret surprise so please don't tell the person you're nominating!
The closing date for nominations is 5pm on Monday 2 April.
