Office space is becoming available to rent at the offices of Macc in Swan Buildings, Swan Street in April 2018 for use by a community and/or charitable organisation. The office is on the 3rd floor and can be accessed via stairs or a lift. The office is located close to major transport links, sitting just outside the centre of Manchester but within easy walking distance of the bustling hub of the city rail/bus/tram services which are really close to our doorstep. 
The office is open from Monday to Friday from 9am – 5pm. There is a staffed reception area, additional meeting room space is available for hire for reasonable rates.
The office space will hold approximately 5 desks and is a light bright comfortable space to work in. Use of internet access via Wi-Fi and printer/scanner (printing charges will be incurred).
Communal access to a water cooler, kitchen and toilets is also available.
Viewing is essential. Rate to rent is on request.
