Young Manchester is pleased to launch a new fund for the city, set up to engage and inspire children and young people in outdoor learning and adventurous activities. 
The grants scheme supports the city’s vision for outdoor learning – Learning Through Adventure 2017 – 2020.
The aim of the fund is to provide outdoor learning and adventurous activity opportunities for young people aged 8 – 19 years (up to 25 for those young people with a disability).
The fund is open to voluntary and community sector organisations and will be making grants of between £500 and £2,000, with organisations able to apply for up to three grants for the year, ending March 31st 2019.
