What if there really was a different relationship between the NHS and people in communities?

The new blog by Nigel Rose, Macc's Strategic Lead (Commisioning) was an entry for an essay competition run by the King's Fund (which he didn't win). It's about one possible future scenario for the NHS - "It's 2025, it's Chorlton, it's cold and there's a meeting at the GP surgery....."
