Windrush Lives and Good Law Project are working together to try to ensure that those people affected by the Windrush scandal are justly compensated. As part of this work, they are reviewing the Windrush Compensation Scheme, which is being run by the Home Office.
To inform their work, they would like to hear from individuals who are eligible for the Windrush Compensation Scheme – whether you have applied for compensation or not. Information collected in this short survey will be anonymised and shared with Windrush Lives to use in their campaigns.
Windrush Lives and Good Law Project are also exploring potential legal action over whether the Windrush Compensation Scheme is fit for purpose. Information collected in this survey will be anonymised and shared with their legal team and used to help strengthen the case.
