My experience includes 30+ years in youth and community development and supporting other VCSE groups. I currently manage 4CT and Levenshulme Inspire (both operating multi-purpose community centres and community services) and am a mentor on the local authority Conversation to Cash programme . I have a range of qualifications from facilities management to voluntary sector management and experience including quality assurance assessment and youth and play work.

I have over 20 years experience as an independent consultant with a proven track record of facilitating sustainable organisational and community change in the voluntary/community and public sector.

I have particular expertise in collaborative and asset based approaches to change designed to maximise engagement of all stakeholder communities, and building and maintaining effective partnerships within and between third sector organisations, the NHS, and local authorities.
