The Our Manchester Funds Programme Management Team would like to thank everyone who provided comments as part of the consultation on the First 1000 Days of a Child's Life Fund - either through the on-line survey, public events or through other channels.
Grants of up to £400,000 are available to support small- and medium-sized charities in England, Wales and Northern Ireland helping people with multiple and complex needs who are experiencing homelessness.
Three or four large grants are available to give British charities the chance to deliver the project they have always dreamed of, but never had the opportunity to bring to life.
The Dream Fund is providing a total of £3 million this year. Grants of between £500,000 and £1.5 million (an increase of £500,000) are available to deliver a project over a period of 24 months to 36 months.
Onward Community Fund has been developed in alignment with Onward Homes Social Investment Themes and Key Business Priorities. Organisations are invited to submit a funding application if their project links into themes by addressing one or more of the following:
Applications are invited for grants to harness the creativity and capacity of the voluntary sector to improve outcomes for those living with FASD and their families, and to reduce the number of alcohol exposed pregnancies.
£473k is available for bids to commence in financial year 2020/21. The aim is for a smaller number of grants and therefore application via consortia where projects align are encouraged.
This £4.9 million programme to tackle unemployment launched in April 2019 with backing from the European Social Fund. Round two is now open until 16 October, 12pm.
The purpose of the Tampon Tax Fund is to allocate the funds generated from the VAT on sanitary products to projects that improve the lives of disadvantaged women and girls.
The Tampon Tax Community Fund aims to support women who are most marginalised to overcome barriers that prevent them from fulfilling their potential. The programme will benefit women and girls, investing in a wide variety of projects that make a tangible and long-term difference to health, well-being, confidence and social/economic activity, as well as addressing equality gaps.
MSE Charity is currently accepting UK applications to its ‘Life Changing Transition’ theme but will close as soon as 40 applications are accepted so groups should not wait to apply.
Funded by Money Saving Expert, the MSE Charity gives grants to not for profit organisations that deliver activities which make a lasting impact on how people think, behave and manage their money.
