Manchester Introductory Workshop: 'Coping with Family Estrangement'

Date & Time of Training:
4 August, 2018 - 10:00 to 12:00
Venue:
Manchester - TBC

This one off workshop gives you the chance to meet with others in a similar situation, and to share your thoughts and feelings about what family estrangement means for you. It will also help you to start to form coping mechanisms and to generate connections with others in your locality.

There will be small activities, small group work and an opportunity to share your experiences and coping strategies.

Although this workshop is a one-off event it is also the way to access our 6-session support groups which will be starting after the summer. Attending this workshop does not mean automatic access to the following support group. This is something we will explore with you on a case by case basis to find the right support option for you.

We are running separate groups for those who are estranged from their parents or siblings, and those who are estranged from a child.
