We are pleased to announce that, for the second year running, we will be collaborating with ‘Meet the Mancunian: social impact stories from Manchester’ podcast, hosted by Deepa Thomas-Sutcliffe. The podcast focuses on amplifying the voices of those making a difference in the community and spreading positive change in Greater Manchester.
Launched at the beginning of 2022, Meet the Mancunian podcast has gained a following across 72 countries and released over 120 episodes. For Season 11, each shortlisted Spirit of Manchester 2025 nominee will have the opportunity to feature on a dedicated episode to their cause, organisation or achievements – this is a fantastic chance to tell your story and let the world know what you do!
The 13th annual awards ceremony will take place on Thursday 2nd October at The Sheridan (Miles Platting, Manchester) which will highlight the nominees and winners of this year’s awards. The podcast’s dedicated season will launch 14 October with a new episode every Tuesday as the Meet the Mancunian podcast, continues to celebrate and spotlight those who make a difference in the city of Manchester every day.
