About this event

From Monday 17 May, we are expecting to have more freedom to meet up as part of the government’s planned Roadmap out of the lockdown. Step 3 of the Roadmap will also allow more indoor and outdoor activities to take place. However, rules will still apply and everyone will continue to be encouraged to take a rapid test twice a week. In some cases, it may be compulsory to take a test or register your contact details before gaining entry to venues.

To help communities and voluntary organisations have a clear understanding of the changes taking place, we have organised another webinar and invite you and others from your organisation to attend.

Coming out of lockdown – Step 3 of the Government’s Roadmap

3.00–4.00pm, Wednesday 19 May 2021

The webinar will explain:

• The main changes in place from 17 May (Step 3 of the government’s Roadmap).

• The new rules that may affect your community.

• Why testing needs to continue even though many people have been vaccinated.

• How rapid tests are good at detecting the virus even when people don’t have symptoms.

• Where to get hold of free self-test kits.

• Convenient ways to provide your contact details if you visit a venue.

Please register your details to receive the joining details.

Please share information abut this webinar with others in your community and network who you think may benefit from coming along. We look forward to seeing you there.
