Building and civil engineering company, Sir Robert McAlpine, is proud to have launched the Strong Foundations Grant, supporting small charities and community organisations in and around Manchester. For their 2021 fund, Sir Robert McAlpine has set up grants in a total of 7 locations across England and Scotland to engage local residents and boost community wellbeing in areas around their construction projects.
The Strong Foundations Grant is open to groups looking for up to £3,000 funding for new ideas or existing projects, with the aim of driving positive change in local communities.
Groups need to apply for the funding on ActionFunder.
Here’s the process: sign up, register your organisation and post a project you want funding for. Your project will automatically match with any funds you meet the criteria for (grant amount, location, focus area). If you want to apply for this fund, make sure your project meets the criteria.
