Framework 4 of Margin to Centre – A fund for Black and Minoritised Women and Girls’ Sector

fundingImkaan is pleased to announce a new fund for specialist Black and minoritised women and girls' organisations who deliver frontline support addressing violence against women and girls (VAWG).

Margin to Centre recognises the impact of structural inequalities in the funding sector that disproportionately impacts Black and minoritised women and girls’ organisations.

Margin to Centre is designed to build sustainability within the sector and re-dress unequal power and transactional dynamics by creating equality within funding systems and cultures.
Margin to Centre elevates the transformative social justice approach through awareness of the resourcing needs of Black and minoritised women and girls.

Margin to Centre does not require Black and minoritised women and girls to evidence the case for their existence. Margin to Centre recognises that they exist.

If you are a specialist organisation fitting the following criteria you will be eligible to apply if you:
Are a Black and minoritised women and girls’ organisation
Are able to deliver frontline work addressing VAWG
Are able to spend funding is allocated by 31 March 2023
Framework 4 covers organisations operating in England and Scotland only.
