Big Life Group (Self Help Services)
Self Help provide a range of support, services and opportunities, across the North West of England, for people living with mental health problems such as anxiety, depression, phobias and panic attacks.
E-Therapy - We offer assessment and support to work through a series of exercises on computer at home or in a community venue to learn self-help techniques to help manage a range of mild to moderate mental health issues.
Talking Therapies - We provide a range of Talking Therapies that can help people to work out how to deal with negative thoughts and feelings and make positive changes in their life.
Peer Support - We offer a range of peer support which allow people, with lived experience of a mental health problem, to provide help and support to someone who is experiencing a similar difficulty.
The Sanctuary - We provide mental health crisis support, overnight from 6pm – 1am, to adults who are experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, depression, suicidal thoughts or are in crisis
Drop in Groups - We offer a number of supported drop in groups for people with issues such as social phobia, anxiety and depression to work together to develop strategies that help deal with negative thoughts and feelings.
