Grade: NJC point 12 Salary: £28,598 per annum

Live Well is Greater Manchester’s commitment to ensuring great everyday support is available in every neighbourhood, tackling health, social and economic inequalities through community-led, preventative, and strengths-based approaches.
Peel Park Pavilion is a trusted, welcoming community hub offering access to wellbeing activities, food and essentials, advice, volunteering, training, and community connection. As a Flagship Live Well Centre, it acts as a front door to wider Live Well Offers, Spaces, and neighbourhood support.
This post has been created to strengthen our capacity to proactively reach residents, host Live Well support within the centre, and deepen community-led approaches that help people to live well.
Holidays: 20 days a year plus, plus Bank Holidays (pro rata for part-time), plus an additional day leave to be taken on or around the time of your birthday.
