Strategy and Management (for youth and community organisations)

This practical module, led by Jonny Wineberg of Community Futures Trust CIC, explores approaches to management in the third sector, looking at principles and practices of project management.

Students will look at legal requirements and good practice in establishing and managing voluntary organisations, including charitable status; strategic, action and programme planning; stakeholder analysis; monitoring and evaluation; staff and volunteer management; fundraising and finance and more.
