Humans MCR Volunteer

Humans MCR are a charity working to break the cycle of food poverty and have a number of long term plans we would love you to be part of! At the moment, we are recruiting Foodbank volunteers to start immediately in our food storage and distribution hub in Blackley.

We have the following volunteer opportunities available:

Parcel Packer:

The role of a parcel packer is to turn up at our hub and pack food parcels.

• You will receive packing sheets to use with all the information needed - we have standardised crib sheets so you will know exactly how to pack the perfect parcel!
• You can work flexibly (any days of your choice between Monday and Friday) and choose morning or afternoon shifts.

Delivery Driver:

Delivery drivers are the vital link between the hub and the client.  

• You will need to collect food parcels from our hub and will be given a specific route / area of Manchester.
