The Greater Manchester Wellbeing Series is built around two pillar events (running, walking, meditation and mindfulness) and is designed to be genuinely inclusive for all abilities. Be a part of this event by supporting the Greater Manchester Wellbeing Run & Walk at Heaton Park on the 21st of May.

Our goal is simple, to help build healthier teams and stronger organisations. Bring workforce teams together in a shared experience to boost morale, improve mental resilience and foster powerful connections through Running, Walking, Meditation and Mindfulness. The simplest, most accessible, lowest cost tools at all our disposal to support positive mental wellbeing.

We are looking to recruit Volunteers to help with this event!
