Pre-event:
Review short briefing documents
On the day (21 May):
- 3:00 pm – Arrival and briefing at Heaton Park, role allocation
- 4:30 pm – Teams start to arrive
- 5:30 pm – Walk starts
- 6:00 pm – Run starts
- 9:00 pm – Teams leave
- 9:15 pm – Group volunteer photo, medals and drinks
