Manchester Community Central are running a series of workshops specifically for voluntary community sector organisations within the city of Manchester to help secure their future and survive in a rapidly changing business environment.

Sessions will run on demand.

It is not compulsory for attendees to participate in all the workshops - the workshops have been developed for groups to pick and choose which they feel are relevant.

How to run a funded service or project

  • What do you need in place to ensure your service or project is well-managed?
  • Do you know how to monitor and evaluate your service or project?
  • What is a quality standard and why would you want one?

This session will be interactive and offer attendees the opportunity to participate in  information sharing, group work and networking.
