Being A Trustee

Following on from our hectic move at Christmas time there have been further developments for Macc: the new Volunteer Centre is up and running and work on our successful bid to the Transforming Local Infrastructure programme has started.

One of our tasks was to convert from our old legal structure to become a registered charity and now that’s completed, Macc is now looking to recruit new trustees, please take a look at the enclosed advert and also the article about what Being a Trustee of a charity involves.

In January we ran some consultation sessions to find out what the voluntary sector expects from us in the future. We will soon be publishing a report on this followed by a launch of our new improved offer for the sector later this year.

Thanks to everyone who contributed – if you would still like to comment you can email us at: [email protected].
