Trustee Seminar – What you know, what you should know and what you don’t know about being a trustee

Macc hosted this seminar to mark Trustees Week 2013.

A number of trustees from a variety of voluntary community sector organisations within the city of Manchester attended.

Delivered by Moira Protani, Partner and head of the Charities Department at Wilsons Solicitors LLP.

Moira is an expert in charity law. She advises on the establishment of charities, trustee powers and duties, schemes, taxation, grant-making, fundraising, mergers, the disposal of land and buildings, dealing with the Charity Commission, constitutional and good governance issues.
