The Lasting Difference - Sustaining your charity: principles and practices

This one-hour, participatory workshop introduces the principles and practices of sustainable charities. Based on the popular Lasting Difference toolkit, it explains how survival and sustainability are more manageable than they often appear.

The workshop begins by reframing the commonest sustainability challenges as a set of paradoxes that everyone can recognise and do something about, After introducing five simple principles, participants will have the chance to identify the practices that can be adopted in their own charities. 

The workshop concludes with a short overview of the Lasting Difference toolkit and the fice capabilities of sustainable organisations:
