Beginners Guide to Social Media

This 90 minute interactive training will introduce the most used Social Media applications and how to make the most of them. 

Social media can be an invaluable tool for your organisation; through raising awareness, fundraising, and reaching more beneficiaries..

Outcomes:

By the end of the webinar, you will:

• identify the most commonly used applications and what they do
• understand the benefits of each social media application
• discuss how your organisation uses and can use social media
• learn techniques and tips to get the most of your organisations’ social media accounts

This training is recommended for those that have no/little experience of using social media for their organisation.

Participants must be from voluntary, community or social enterprise organisations within the city of Manchester.

This session will be run in person at our Macc office and offers the opportunity to put your learning into practice whilst having support available for any questions you may have.
