We are TLC: Talk, Listen, Change and our mission is simple; to support safe, healthy & happy relationships.

We not only offer a range of services and projects across Greater Manchester and the wider North West area, but we increasingly work in collaboration with other organisations to pilot innovative ways of supporting individuals, couples, families and communities.

We are the only provider of integrated relationship support in Greater Manchester and our ethos stems from a belief that difficulties in life may arise, but if people have a strong and safe circle of support around them - they are happier.

In all of our work, we aim to support people in gaining:

Opportunity title Summary
Marketing Volunteer Would you like to use your marketing skills to volunteer for a local charity and help make a real difference to peoples’ lives in Greater Manchester? Relate Greater Manchester South have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Volunteer to complete the first stage of a significant new project helping us to offer long term support to our clients. This will involve the creation of an innovative annual calendar of marketing and promotion that will allow us, through the use of e-marketing and social media, to stay in touch with previous clients. By supporting us with this work you will be helping to raise the profile of our charity across south Manchester and ensuring the support we give to people keeps on going, giving them the chance to stay happier and healthier. We’re keen to hear why you’re excited by this assignment and see some evidence that you’ve got the skills and more importantly, the enthusiasm and approach to make it work.
Volunteer Telephonist A volunteer telephonist will contact the homes of families who have previously been visited by the police, due to a standard domestic incident.
Virtual Volunteer Visitor A virtual volunteer visitor volunteer will contact clients through zoom offering a face to face support service with them.
CYP (Children and Young People) Volunteer A CYP Volunteer will attend the group work sessions and follow up contact with the families when required.
