This consultation by the Government seeks views about whether it is necessary to introduce a new legal mandatory reporting duty relating to cases of forced marriage and, if it is, what such a reporting requirement would look like. In particular, CLES are keen to welcome applications of interest from those of you with experience within the social sector. This experience may stem from involvement in cooperatives, social enterprises, community organisations (for example energy schemes and local currencies), mutually-owned businesses, and so on.
