This course will take you through the essentials of lawful data processing for charities and help improve your compliance with the law
By the end of the training, you'll:
- understand the principles of data processing and data subject rights under UK GDPR
- know how to use practical tools to ensure your organisation complies with data protection legislation
- understand the role and responsibility of your data controller, information asset owners and SIRO (where applicable)
- understand subject access rights and requests and how to deal with them
- understand how data protection may impact your organisation.
