Who are we? 

At Gaddum, we get to know those we help, understanding their world to offer a range of support that’s right for them. Specialising in Advocacy, Carers and Therapy services, our tailored support is made possible by my breadth and depth of knowledge. For nearly 200 years, we’ve been committed to supporting the people of Greater Manchester. Our innovative approach means we’re able to not only help build resilience but identify further risks and offer preventive support now and in the future. By supporting individuals, we ultimately help support entire communities.

What are we looking for? 

Do you fancy influencing & shaping mental health services in Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale? We do. And we want to do it WITH you and FOR you. It’s not about us. You have the knowledge and experience to do this.

We are looking for people who live in Greater Manchester who would like to be involved in shaping services within both mental and physical health. 

We hold monthly meetings and attend steering groups within the health service to drive forward change and support people to have a voice in changing services within Greater Manchester. 

Change is afoot. Join us for our monthly sessions to find out what’s going on and to see if you’d like to get involved. You can be involved as much or as little as you like. You can also learn about the new Living Well Model in your locality Share your experience in a safe space.

Travel and time costs will be reimbursed, and we'll throw in a cuppa too. The best date and location will be agreed with everyone who expresses an interest.
