Description of opportunity:

The Green Skill programme is a once a month programme which runs for a year. You will meet once at month at RHS Bridgewater on a Saturday. During the session you will learn a new skill, discover how this relates to a horticultural career and also undertake volunteering work at RHS Bridgewater in Worsley, Salford.

The Green Skill Programme is a combination of skills learning and volunteering. You will learn a horticultural skill at each session and learn how this relates to a career in horticulture. This could be taking a hardwood cutting or seed sowing depending on the time of the year. The other part of the session will be undertaking work in RHS Garden Bridgewater. Join us to gain your own experience of what it is like to volunteer in a horticultural environment and learn new skills in the wonderful environment of RHS Bridgewater.
