Healthy Me Healthy Communities is a vibrant and innovative social enterprise co-producing health and well-being services that empower, educate and inspire for a healthier, happier and longer life.

What would you be doing?

Gorton Central Community Centre has a community garden that requires a little TLC, this could be just weeding and watering or help mow and strim. Would you like to get outside and get some fresh air whilst making a difference to our community garden, this opportunity would be suited to you!
