Macc: Committee meetings and skills

The aim of this session is to help you to:

• Understand ground rules and the ingredients needed for a successful meeting
• Understand roles and responsibilities​ of committee members
• Feel more confident to host and contribute to meetings

This training is for committee members, trustees and directors from city of Manchester based VCSE organisations. If you are a new trustee, a trustee who would like a refresher on running and participating in meetings, or if you are about to join a board as a trustee, then this training is for you.
