Macc & Royal Literacy Fund: Reflective Writing workshop

Open to members of VCSE organisations based within the city of Manchester, this 2½ hour workshop will support participants to:

• Develop an understanding of reflective writing and its benefits
• Explore how reflective writing helps them to learn from their experience and improve their practice
• Practise different models for approaching reflective writing in their day-to-day work

Through writing exercises and discussion, they will examine the importance of asking themselves practice-related questions, reflecting on what they think and feel and putting their learning into action as a reflective practitioner.
