We're excited to host a Community Explorers in-person event exploring the importance of the Real Living Wage in the VCSE sector, featuring speakers from across various sectors. Enjoy a light plant-based lunch and engaging conversation as we delve into the benefits and challenges of implementing this critical initiative.

Our speakers will share their insights on the impact of the Real Living Wage on local communities, employees and organisations, highlighting best practices and successes in adopting this wage standard.

Come along to hear from:

- Jack Ballingham, Living Wage Foundation Programme Officer

- Rhianne Sweeney, Work and Skills Specialist, Growth and Development, Manchester City Council

- Will Clarke, Inclusive Economy Policy and Programmes Lead at GMCA.

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn about and connect to some of the great work happening in Manchester, share your experience, thoughts and challenges around the topic, network with like-minded individuals and be part of a movement towards fairer working practices for all.

We look forward to seeing you there!
