I have almost 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources having started my career at The Big Life Group of social businesses and charities where I was the manager of the HR department. I established my own HR Consultancy in 2006 and now provide support and advice for organisations that do not have an in-house HR team.
My background has given me the knowledge and experience to specialise in work with charities, voluntary groups and community organisations. I also work with a variety of small businesses from retail to engineering.
