Description: We provide low-cost and affordable counselling and psychotherapy to a wide range of people. All of our counsellors are fully qualified, insured and members of professional organisations. Our counsellors work from a range of approaches and have experience of many specialist areas, such as anxiety, bereavement, addictions and abuse. Clients can choose a counsellor, and have a choice of day and time of their appointment. All of our counsellors offer low cost sessions to clients on low incomes or means-tested benefits. We offer individual and couples counselling, short and long term therapy, depending on a person's individual needs.
