Description: Westcroft Community Centre in Burnage, south Manchester, exists to empower, inspire and improve the local community. We provide support, activities and opportunities for all centre users and volunteers to realise their potential in a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment.
The centre is open to everyone and offers a busy and varied timetable of activities and events, from arts and crafts sessions, family story-telling sessions to women’s groups, chess club and social eating groups and a low-cost community grocer. We host a range of external agencies who offer specialist advice and support, and the centre is also used by local community groups in the evenings and at the weekend.
