Services delivered: • Help to bring awareness of Health & Wellbeing: - Weight management, Cancer, Cardio Vascular and Mental Health.
• To support families with young children.
• Children self-guarding
• Information on how to keep an eye on children’s activity regarding their use of mobile and social networking.
• Help parents to interact with their children by becoming a bridge between parents and children.
• Looking to provide counselling services for all ages.
• Elderly/ Senior Citizens:- Chair based exercise’s, Health awareness. Coffee/Tea & snacks day.
• Short course for women:- Speaking and writing English
