Description:
We provide housing and support to those who have been affected by substance misuse, crime and/or homelessness. Most of our work is carried out by both paid and voluntary staff who have lived experience of these issues. Our place based recovery and family coaches offer support to both individuals and their families locally to where they live and will work with them to connect to supportive resources locally.
Services delivered:
Recruit, train and deploy community connectors, recovery/ wellbeing and family coaches
- Provide transitional support to those enetering and/or leaving substance misuse treatment including residential rehabilitation and prison
- Provide transitional recovery housing and housing first
- We provide a live asset register in the areas we work in
- We deliver a range of strength based psycho social and skills development programmes
