Volunteering Opportunities

Opportunity title Summary
Volunteering Information Session We are a volunteer led CIC and Social Enterprise with big plans. We are transforming the old bowling green on Platt Fields Park in to a community garden and will be offering volunteering opportunities, horticultural therapy, training and workshops, holding events and providing seasonal vegetables for a fair price. If you have any ideas and would like to get involved with the project or simply have a few hours spare and like to garden or would like to learn how, then come along and we can have a chat.
One Manchester Gardening Club A volunteering programme following a full growing season at Platt Fields Market Garden. The sessions will be every Thursday from 10:00AM-4:00PM with a catered lunch cooked up by Meg using produce grown at the garden.
