Description: We’re proud to support unemployed women from across all Greater Manchester boroughs and the wider North West and from a range of different backgrounds and age groups (16+ years). Our services enable women to feel more confident and start believing in their own ability to succeed.
Our free services include:
Pre-employment Career Coaching session for unemployed women who are looking for work.
For unemployed women with a confirmed job interview, our Interview Styling and Coaching session provides high-quality interview-appropriate clothing, shoes and accessories (theirs to keep) to wear for their job interview and a 1:2:1 personalised interview preparation coaching session.
On the news that she has been successful at interview, she will be invited back to receive additional items of clothing, all free and to keep, to build up a capsule wardrobe.

Services delivered: At the core of our service is a two-hour appointment, during which time each woman receives a complete outfit of high quality clothes (theirs to keep) and dedicated one-to-one interview training. Our support really works, and we are incredibly proud that 69% of the women we support get the job. In 2017 we support over 470 women across Manchester and we hope to support even more in 2018.
