Description: We support people with great ideas to create the change they see needed in their communities.
We work with social entrepreneurs (budding and established), innovators and leaders – developing networks, assets and resources to enable communities to become socially active and economically empowered.

Services delivered: Monthly peer learning events, annual mentoring programme and community/social venture development support, crowdsourcing and community investment
We have created a community seed fund via crowdfunding years in a row which we have allocated via collective decision making by a group of local women changemakers and partner agencies
We also support people to pilot their services and activities and have brokered free venues for people to do this

Special activities running over winter: We have action learning groups and one to one support for people running social enterprises, charities and other community and voluntary organisations to help build their capacity, resilience and sustainability. We have several Time to Grow personal development and social/community organisation development programmes. We have a range of Health and Wellbeing events some virtual and some physical.
